- Author predictive trend reports and scenario modeling documents
- Drive pilot programs for emerging tech integration (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation pipeline through stakeholder alignment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar credential preferred
- Publishing record in foresight journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ impact projects
