Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, socio-political shifts, and scientific breakthroughs to identify 2026 opportunities and risks
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards through compelling data visualizations
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and economists to implement foresight strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at industry conferences
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and innovation leaders
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced analytical methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven track record of developing successful 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation forums
