Responsibilities

- Build scenario models and risk assessments for technological adoption and market evolution
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future vision into corporate strategy
- Produce thought leadership content and present to global stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios that influenced product roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)

- Experience with strategic frameworks like STEEP, Delphi, or scenario planning
