Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 societal and technological inflection points
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing disruptive solutions for climate, health, and human augmentation
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI)
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and autonomous systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Present findings to global stakeholders through executive briefings and thought leadership publications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years of innovation strategy experience
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing futuristic concepts
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Exceptional systems modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation or foresight journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technological disruption
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
