Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects or published future-oriented research
