Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for 2026+ market scenarios
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record in developing long-term strategic frameworks (5+ year horizons)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
