Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive threats and opportunities across global markets
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven innovation roadmaps
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Strong command of scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in technology futures or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Scinario, Cassandra)
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks in Fortune 500 environments
