Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026-era solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning across biotech, quantum computing, and neural interfaces
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio for high-impact projects
- Author white papers on societal implications of exponential technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or tech innovation
- Proven track record launching exponential technology ventures
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ vision implementations
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments
