- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity tracking across decentralized autonomous organizations
- Author thought leadership on spatial computing and neural interface adoption curves
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven stage-gate processes
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout exponential startups in synthetic biology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Published research on technological singularity or societal impact of AI by 2026
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (e.g., neuromorphic computing, fusion energy)
- Experience scaling innovation labs across global markets
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of future-focused initiatives
