Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends shaping 2026+ across technology, sustainability, and human behavior
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and decentralized systems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market shifts and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present compelling futures narratives to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, biotech convergence, spatial computing
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
