- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and design teams to align innovation initiatives
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models to guide R&D investment decisions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Monitor emerging technologies and patent landscapes to maintain competitive advantage
- Collaborate with venture partners to scout and integrate breakthrough startups into client ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, tech consulting, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., CFMP preferred)
