Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast industry shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation and competitive advantage
- Lead innovation workshops with stakeholders to co-create future-proof solutions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future-focused insights into product development

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from CFAR or similar)
