- Present foresight frameworks to investors and board members quarterly
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption rates
- Curate an internal 'Future Lab' incubator for moonshot projects
- Author thought leadership content on emerging tech disruptions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 7-figure+ revenue
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Advanced data modeling and predictive analytics skills
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
