Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive trends and ethical implications
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for next-gen solutions
- Oversee the development of Horizon's annual Future State Index report
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, tech consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their convergence patterns
- Proven track record of delivering C-level strategic foresight presentations
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies mastery
- Experience with horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented work or patented innovations
