Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ innovation roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and company vision
- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate technological disruptions and market shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future trends into actionable product development plans
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data visualization
- Establish and maintain relationships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trends
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify emerging opportunities and threats
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in corporate strategy, innovation management, or foresight consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and strategic foresight frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
