Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) and market disruptors to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and industry evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-centric product development frameworks
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive adoption of innovation methodologies (e.g., design fiction, horizon scanning)
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting future innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, Strategic Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology publications
