Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and translate insights into strategic frameworks
- Design and lead innovation workshops with executive stakeholders to co-create future scenarios
- Develop 5-year roadmaps for technology adoption and market disruption
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions addressing 2026+ challenges
- Present foresight findings to boards and investors through compelling data visualizations
- Build and mentor a future-focused innovation lab team
- Monitor horizon scanning systems and update strategic priorities quarterly
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level future scenarios and roadmaps
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (articles, books, keynotes)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) preferred
