Responsibilities

- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business strategists
- Produce trend intelligence briefings and foresight frameworks for product development pipelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs to pioneer future-ready solutions
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across organizational strategy functions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-strategy implementations with measurable market impact
- Mastery of foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, CFS) or equivalent professional development
