Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive innovation roadmap aligned with long-term strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable product development plans
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure ROI against future market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, startup, and industry partnerships
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging trends and future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, MBA, or equivalent
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting complex concepts to C-level executives and stakeholders
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems and academic institutions
- Certification in Futures Research or Innovation Management preferred
