Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruption vectors
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business recommendations
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation mindsets across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF) preferred
- Experience in tech, healthcare, or sustainability sectors highly valued
