Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver executive briefings on disruptive trends and their strategic implications for 2026 market landscapes
- Architect future-proof business models incorporating sustainability, ethical AI, and human augmentation frameworks
- Facilitate cross-industry innovation workshops with CxO stakeholders to co-create future-proof strategies
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with predictive market sizing and adoption curve analysis
- Advolve product development teams on integrating future-ready technologies into current roadmaps
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 7+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technology adoption curve modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience to C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (white papers, keynotes)
- Proficiency in futures research tools (Horizon Scanning, Wild Card Analysis, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising on ESG and ethical implications of emerging technologies
