Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal shifts (AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to prepare for future disruptions
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and influence industry discourse
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-ready solutions and validate market viability
- Establish metrics to track emerging trend adoption rates and strategic impact
- Mentor internal teams on future-focused methodologies and trend literacy
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI ethics, neurotech, climate AI, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major publications
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation initiatives in global markets
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (horizon scanning, Delphi, STEEP analysis)
