- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic foresight reports for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-vision implementation
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-trend insights into innovation pipelines
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes for early-mover advantages
- Present future-vision strategies to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven experience developing scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU Tech Hubs, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists) highly valued
