Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2028
- Develop strategic frameworks for enterprise innovation pipelines and future-proofing initiatives
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with global teams to embed future-thinking into product development
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer emerging research
- Represent the company at international futures conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong data literacy with experience in AI-driven forecasting and predictive analytics
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or similar) preferred
