Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology radar system for emerging innovations
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward concepts into development roadmaps
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite on potential future business landscapes
- Produce actionable foresight reports and strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-oriented thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-planning presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic transformation
- Strong ethical framework for evaluating societal impacts of emerging technologies
