Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum computing and bio-integration
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging tech disruptions and ethical implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial opportunities
- Deep knowledge of AI, climate tech, and neurotech convergence trends
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., CFCS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks required
