- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members using data visualization and compelling narratives
- Drive organizational adoption of agile innovation methodologies and future-proofing practices
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking techniques and emerging technology assessment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
