Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions with real-world applications
- Analyze emerging tech trends and geopolitical shifts to identify strategic opportunities
- Present visionary frameworks to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Drive ethical innovation frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of emerging technologies
- Mentor next-generation futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500/tech unicorn experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Executive-level presentation skills with TED Talk or equivalent public speaking experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Fluency in at least two future-tech programming languages (Python, R, etc.)
