Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-generation systems using generative design tools
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-machine symbiosis
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and board stakeholders quarterly
- Collaborate with MIT Future Labs on biannual trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Oversee incubation of 3-5 moonshot projects annually with $2M+ innovation budgets
- Author industry white papers on 2026 technology adoption curves and disruption vectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or futurism with Fortune 500/unicom experience
- Proven track record of launching exponential-growth products (3x YoY growth minimum)
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and generative AI systems
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from APF or WFS
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented technologies with $50M+ market impact
