Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, and quantum computing trends
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
