- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Deliver strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders
- Establish industry-wide thought leadership through keynotes and whitepapers
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
- Identify and evaluate emerging markets and investment opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or relevant technical field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSP) preferred
