Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and quantify emerging trends affecting 2026 market landscapes
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Author strategic foresight reports translating complex data into executable business strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-state opportunities
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling visual narratives
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socio-cultural shifts impacting 5-year strategic horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into measurable business outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) commercialization
