Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with corporate objectives and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech fusion)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate disruptive forces in the tech landscape
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present compelling technology narratives to stakeholders and executive leadership to secure buy-in and resources
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure the impact of strategic technology initiatives on business growth
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in strategic technology planning, with 5+ years in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology initiatives that generated $50M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, advanced automation)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience working with venture capital firms or innovation labs in technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management strongly preferred
