Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy aligning with 2026 market trends and regulatory frameworks
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies including generative AI, neuromorphic computing, and Web3 infrastructure
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions to accelerate innovation
- Present technology roadmaps to the board and secure executive buy-in for multi-million dollar projects
- Mentor a team of 12 technical specialists and drive talent development in emerging tech domains
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate disruptive market shifts
- Represent InnovateCorp at global tech summits and policy forums shaping 2026 digital standards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with $10M+ budgets
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (e.g., Nature, IEEE Spectrum)
- Experience navigating complex regulatory landscapes in tech and data privacy
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certified in AWS/Azure architecture and TOGAF framework
