Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and prototyping initiatives
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market trend forecasting
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with academic research institutions and startups
- Manage innovation budget allocation and ROI tracking for future-tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting and investment analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience in scaling tech organizations from startup to enterprise
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management (e.g., CDMP)
