Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional task forces to assess emerging technologies' market viability
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Conduct competitive analysis and threat assessments for future tech landscapes
- Mentor innovation teams in prototyping and rapid experimentation methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
