Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with 3-year horizon planning
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, bio-digital convergence, AR/VR 2.0) for commercial viability
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and responsible tech deployment
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle management
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate-tech
- Proven track record of scaling technology innovations from concept to market
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or Technology Innovation Management
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Strong background in cross-functional leadership and change management
- Published thought leadership in future-tech or innovation strategy
