Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting and roadmapping for 2026-2030 horizon
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, neuromorphic computing) and their market implications
- Develop cross-functional innovation frameworks integrating R&D, product, and business teams
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and evaluate disruptive startups
- Architect technology governance policies for ethical AI and sustainable innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and technology thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership

- Proven track record of launching technology ventures with $50M+ impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience working with global regulatory bodies on tech policy
- Fluency in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
