Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech trends and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage technology partnership ecosystems with global research institutions
- Drive sustainable innovation frameworks aligned with ESG principles
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience scaling technologies from R&D to commercial launch
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
