Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech) into product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position company as an industry thought leader
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech startups to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical implications to ensure responsible development frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field with 8+ years of strategic tech experience
- Proven track record of launching successful products involving emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI implementation, blockchain architecture, spatial computing, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-disciplinary innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or futurism (white papers, patents, keynotes)
