Responsibilities

- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership quarterly
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Define key performance indicators for technology adoption and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced materials
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences

- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business required
