Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends to identify disruptive innovations relevant to 2026+ landscape
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps with measurable milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI on innovation initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D to ensure ethical and sustainable tech implementation
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps with successful execution
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or future trends
