Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 2026+ technology strategy aligning with corporate vision and market disruption
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech, sustainable energy)
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for technological adoption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present executive-level insights on technology futures and their business implications
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership, workshops, and trend forecasting
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Executive presence with experience advising C-suite and boards
