Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for strategic relevance to 2026 market landscapes
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to co-develop next-generation capabilities
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on future business models
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Experience working with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications preferred
