- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to accelerate R&D cycles
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies including quantum applications, AI ethics frameworks, and biometric interfaces
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory shifts affecting future innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in strategic tech roles
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for future markets (2025-2030)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic systems, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams through full product development cycles
- Strong understanding of global tech policy, ethical AI frameworks, and regulatory landscapes
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or strategic foresight (preferred)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (desired)
