Responsibilities

- Present technological vision to C-suite and external stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven 5+ year strategic planning experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in at least two emerging technology domains
- Expertise in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (AI, biotech, data privacy)
- Experience managing $5M+ R&D budgets with measurable ROI
- Certification in futures thinking or technology foresight methodologies
- Portfolio of at least three commercialized innovative products
