Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams (AI, Quantum, Sustainable Tech divisions)
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members
- Partner with venture capital firms to identify emerging startups
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons and prototyping
- Represent company at global tech conferences (CES, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, Quantum, Blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management preferred
