- Lead horizon scanning for emerging tech trends and competitive threats
- Architect scalable innovation frameworks for sustainable product development
- Collaborate with engineering teams on prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Champion ethical tech standards and DEI initiatives in product development
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven experience with AI/ML implementation and quantum computing concepts
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or equivalent
- Expertise in agile development and lean startup methodologies
- Strong financial modeling for tech investment analysis
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or future trends
- Experience scaling products from MVP to enterprise level
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
