Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead quantum computing and AI ethics research initiatives in partnership with MIT and Stanford
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for emerging tech prototyping
- Establish partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions
- Mentor a team of 5+ futurists and technology analysts
- Author thought leadership pieces published in TechCrunch and Wired
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI projects from concept to deployment
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published author or speaker at TED/WSJ events
- Experience with sustainable technology lifecycle management
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish preferred
