Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruptions to identify growth opportunities
- Lead scenario planning workshops for 2026 market conditions and competitive landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring 2026 strategy implementation success
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate strategy with 5+ in future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis across global markets
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CSO, WFS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementations
